Damaged Shipments
If you receive a shipment and it is damaged, you must indicate “DAMAGED” when signing for the shipment or refuse the shipment entirely. Failure to do so will result in us not replacing the part that was received. In order to file a damaged claim, the product must be received as damaged or refused. While we do our best to package all shipments securely, some items may be mishandled during transit. If this occurs, we will replace the item, provided that it was noted as “damaged” upon receipt.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Powder Coating & Raw Products Policy
- Powder Coating Orders: Powder coating is done to order, and as such, can take 7-10 business days for processing, rather than the standard 3-5 business days. While we strive to complete orders ahead of schedule, high volume periods such as sales or holidays may extend this time frame. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our sales department for arrangements, and we will discuss payment for expedited shipping.
- Custom Powder Coating: Custom powder coating (colors not standard to the model the product is purchased for) does not qualify for return or exchange, unless the product itself is defective. Powder coated items that have been installed cannot be returned or exchanged unless found to be faulty.
- Raw or Powder Coated Products: In the event that you receive the incorrect part (e.g., the wrong model, or the wrong side), we are only responsible for replacing the incorrect part. For example, if you receive an incorrect A-arm and have already pressed ball joints or bushings into it, we will only replace the A-arm. You will be responsible for pressing the ball joints and bushings out, as we do not replace those components.
- Raw Products: You are required to check the fitment of the product before having it powder coated by an outside facility. If we are notified of a fitment issue after the product has been powder coated, we are not responsible for the powder coating cost of the original or the replacement product.
Return Policy (Updated August 2021)
To be eligible for a return, each product must meet the following criteria:
- Must be accompanied by a Return Number (see below for instructions on how to obtain one). Note: Obtaining a Return Number does not guarantee a replacement or refund.
- Must be returned within 15 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
To begin the return process, please complete the Return Form and click submit. After submission, you will receive an email response from our team, informing you whether your return is approved or denied. Failure to submit the form for approval before shipping the item back may result in your return being denied.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on any products due to warranty reasons.
- Condition of Return: Returned products must be in good, usable condition. If you return a powder-coated item with damage, we will deduct the powder coating cost from the refund if it requires sandblasting and re-powdering.
Upon approval for the return, you will have 15 days to ship the product back to us, or the return will be voided and processed no further.
- Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned at the customer’s expense.
Our return policy does not apply to the following items:
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Any products not manufactured by SXS Fab, including but not limited to:
- Super ATV Products
- Performance SXS bushings
- Keller Ball Joints
- Trinity
- PRP
- Wheel Pros
- 31″ Lightbars or Wiring Harnesses
- Sale items, closeout, or final sale items
These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If you are returning a non-returnable or denied product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to you. If you fail to cover the shipping cost for us to return your item after 15 days, the product will be forfeited and discarded.
