At SXS Fab, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our suspension products with a Lifetime Warranty. If one of our suspension parts bends or breaks during the lifetime of the product, we will replace it—extending only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

  • Eligible Purchases: Your product(s) must be purchased directly from SXS Fab or one of our authorized dealers.
  • Proof of Purchase:A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims—no exceptions.

Exclusions

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover or include wear parts such as:

  • Heims
  • Uniballs
  • Factory Tie rod ends
  • Spindle ends
  • Misalignment bushings
  • Loose threads or stripping of threads, etc.

Non-Liability

  • Other Damages: We are not responsible for damages to other non-SXS Fab products that may occur during the use of our suspension products.
  • Eligible Purchases: Your product(s) must be purchased directly from SXS Fab or one of our authorized dealers.
  • Cosmetic Changes: The lifetime warranty does not cover cosmetic changes. If modifications have been made to the product after purchase, we are not liable for any mismatches in appearance or performance. Replacement products may differ slightly from the original as we continually improve our products.
  • Insurance Total Loss: If your machine is deemed "totaled" by your insurance company with our components on it, your warranty will be voided.
  • Racing or Rock Bouncing Applications: Suspension parts used in racing or rock bouncing applications are not covered by the warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Shipping Costs: It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the defective product back to SXS Fab at their expense. Please ensure that you keep tracking information for any packages you send.
  • Hardware: The customer must keep all hardware from the defective product as we do not send new hardware. If hardware is left in the damaged product, a removal fee will apply. If we cannot remove it, the customer will need to purchase new hardware.

Warranty Claim Process

  • Inspection: Once the damaged product and completed warranty form are received, SXS Fab will inspect the product and process your claim for a replacement.
  • Shipping Charge: There is a $20 non-refundable shipping fee for sending your replacement product.
  • Processing Time: Warranty claims are typically processed within 2-5 business days (M-F), but cannot start until the damaged product is received and the shipping fee is paid.

Powder Coating

  • Powder Coat Coverage: Powder coating is not covered under the warranty. However, we offer it at a discounted rate for replacement parts. If you wish to have your replacement parts powder-coated, please specify this on your warranty form. Payment for the powder coating will be collected once the product is received.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim for a replacement, please Contact Us. A team member will reach out to you via email with the necessary warranty return form. This form must be printed, filled out, and included in the box with your damaged product.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • We do not offer refunds for warranty claims, only replacements.
